Cancellation Refund & Return Policy

1. What’s Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The parcel arrives damaged or tampered with. Please share an unboxing video for our team to verify.
  • You received the wrong product. We’ll send the correct one or refund you.
  • An item is missing from your order. We’ll ship the missing item or refund the value.

For any of the above, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or a short video.

2. What’s Not Eligible

Because Play More is a consumable Ayurvedic product, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Bottles that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal
  • Change-of-mind requests after the order has been delivered
  • Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Concerns related to taste, smell, or personal preference

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Write to us at support@playmore.in 

  • Share your order ID, a short description, and photos or a video
  • Our team will review and respond within 24 to 48 working hours
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund

4. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • The amount typically reflects in your account within 5 to 7 working days
  • Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order any time before it’s shipped, and we’ll issue a full refund. Once the order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, please refuse the parcel at delivery or follow the steps in Section 3.
